Rain Drain

Spring is such a great time of year!  Everything turns green, the weather is marvelous--not too hot, not too cold.  People come out into their yards more.  It rains and rains some more.  After an unfortunate basement flood last year from a defective window well, we now have extended rain gutter drains to put all that water off the roof well away from the house.  Today's post is from a ground level, close-up view of one such drain.  I love the versatile iPhone 4S camera.  It does a pretty good job of focusing up close even without adding a supplemental lens.
