Fry Baby, Fry!
For years I hated this stainless steel frying pan. It was difficult to use. Food always stuck to the bottom and it was almost impossible to clean. Then one day I made a new discovery. I did some research on the proper way to cook with a stainless steel frying pan. Wow! I just did not know what I was doing. Now I enjoy this pan (along with my cast iron frying pan which is not nearly as photogenic) the most. Secret? I had to learn to properly preheat the pan which closes the pores in the steel and then use the right amount of oil. When doing it right the food hardly ever sticks and it is a breeze to clean.
