Abs of Steel

Abs of steel?  Heck ya!  And Lego Man Joe can hold the Plank position for hours to prove it!

Set-up:
I just used my kitchen counter.  Next I put down my iPad for the foreground with a sheet of typing paper propped up and curved under the iPad for the background.  Lego Man Joe was put into position and a second sheet of typing paper was used to the right of the camera --down low to reflect light back up into Joe's face.  Lighting was provided by the normal kitchen canned ceiling light fixtures.

Post processing consisted of cropping, straightening the horizon line created by the iPad, using Retouch to remove the iPad front camera lens, adjusting Curves to provide an increase in contrast, increasing Saturation slightly, adding a touch of Sharpening and finishing off with a frame.  All this post-processing took only a couple of minutes.
