Winter Fruit
We are in the middle of a cold winter with snow covering the ground everywhere and the furnace operating day and night. At a time like this it is really nice to enjoy fresh fruits from around the world. One of the benefits of an inter-connected world. It was not all that long ago when fruits during this time of year were pretty much available from cans or home bottled Mason jars. Time to pull out the Blendtec blender and create a luscious fresh fruit smoothie...
